Hamlet Hovakimyan said that he was displaced from the city of Stepanakert.

He mentioned that he found a job, he works as an electrician.

According to Hamlet Hovakimyan, his family consists of 6 people. They benefit from the state support, but only two of the family receive it every month, in the case of the others, the money is paid with delays, as a result of which they also face problems.
