Support amounts for April and May have been paid to the beneficiary family: a success story
The Armenian Lawyers' Association provides free legal assistance to forcibly displaced and vulnerable individuals (socially disadvantaged, unemployed, disabled, students, women, etc.) within the framework of the "Strengthening mechanisms for protecting the rights of forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh" project. Within this project, Karine Ishkhanyan approached us with the issue of receiving the support amount of 40+10 thousand drams.
The three children of the mentioned person crossed the RA border on May 2, 2024, and returned on May 9. Their support amounts for April and May were not paid. To clarify this issue, the citizens submitted a written application to the SSD, but did not receive a response within the period specified by law.
Based on the regulations of Appendix N 2, 21.1 approved by the RA Government Decision N1763-L of October 12, 2023, which states that monthly financial support for previous months is paid during the given month if absent from the Republic of Armenia for less than 10 days, we prepared a letter addressed to the SSD.
As a result, the request presented in the application was satisfied, and the support amounts for April and May were transferred to all members of the beneficiary family.
