On April 16, 2025, at the initiative of the "Armenian Lawyers' Association" NGO and the Network of CSOs for the Protection of the Rights of Forcibly Displaced Persons from Artsakh, online focus group discussions were held within the framework of public monitoring of the implementation process of the National Human Rights Protection Strategy of the Republic of Armenia and its 2023-2025 Action Plan for 2023-2024.

The first discussion was attended by representatives of state bodies within whose authority is the implementation of actions envisaged by the strategy. The second discussion was attended by representatives of civil society organizations and attorneys.

During the discussions, participants evaluated the progress of the implementation of the action plan by departments, addressing the substantive assessment of the implemented actions, their effectiveness, as well as the problems encountered and the results recorded in practice.

The monitoring is being carried out using qualitative and quantitative methods in order to collect comprehensive, reliable, and verifiable information on the progress of the implementation of the strategy's action plan.

The results of the discussions will be summarized in a corresponding monitoring report, which will be presented to all stakeholders and will be available to the general public.
