The Armenian Lawyers' Association provides free legal assistance to forcibly displaced and vulnerable individuals (socially disadvantaged, unemployed, disabled, students, women, etc.) within the framework of the "Strengthening mechanisms for protecting the rights of forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh" project.
Within the framework of this project, Inna Ishkhanyan applied to us with the issue of receiving the support amount provided by the RA Government Decision N1763-L of October 12, 2023.
The members of the beneficiary family crossed the RA border on May 2, 2023, and returned on May 9, 2023. They had not received the support amounts for April and May.
To clarify this issue, they submitted a written application to the SSD (Social Services Department), but did not receive a response within the period specified by law.
Based on the regulations of Appendix N 2, 21.1 approved by the RA Government Decision N1763-L of October 12, 2023, we prepared a letter addressed to the SSD. As a result, the request presented in the application was satisfied, and the support amounts for April and May were transferred to all members of the beneficiary family.
